Instructions for International Orders

• Step One:

  Email the following information to info@rescuestreamer.com

  1. Your First Name and Last Name
  2. Name of Product(s) (please refer to the Buy Online page for Product Listing)
  3. Quantity of Each
  4. Preferred Delivery Method, either USPS or UPS
  5. Delivery Address (NO P.O. Box numbers for UPS). We recommend delivery to an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery during the day.
• Step Two:

  Rescue Technologies will email you the shipping cost.

• Step Three:

  If you accept the shipping cost and want to proceed with your order, you must call Rescue Technologies at (808) 485-4985 and provide the following credit card information:

  1. Type of credit card
  2. Credit card number
  3. Credit card expiration date
  4. CVV (3- or 4-digit number on back of the card on the signature line)
  5. Name on credit card
  6. Credit card billing address
  7. Shipping address
• Step Four:

  Your credit card is processed, and your order is shipped!
